The ideal individual would have 4+ years of experience working in the construction and/or real estate industry as a Realtor, Customer Representative or Project Coordinator managing relationships on multiple ongoing residential construction projects; building home owner relationships, maintaining document controls, assisting in the development of design and remittance of submittal’s, RFI’s, change orders, ordering materials, scheduling subcontractors, maintaining insurance, invoicing and closing outs on project up to $6 Million.
The Homeowner Representative / Project Coordinator will be direct customer relations contact responsible for building / maintaining the homeowner relationship and coordinating ongoing activities on multiple, simultaneous residential construction projects throughout the North Bay. Must have excellent written and verbal communications abilities and skills to prioritize activities to complete tasks effectively. Must understand the residential construction process and be able to guide homeowners through the development life cycle from initial design, construction through move-in.
Requires a AS degree or greater in business administration, construction management and/or a history of successful experience working within the construction, solar or real estate industry as a homeowner representative, project coordinator, design center representative, realtor and/or project engineer.
