Job Description | Webuild The ideal individual would have 8+ years of construction management experience, with at least 4 years of dedicated experience within one or all of the following; commercial, industrial, governmental, entertainment and retail facilities. Experienced in assessing construction schedules, developing scopes of work, budgets, processing change orders, RFI’s, managing vendor relationships and overseeing construction and inspections for successful project deliverables is required. The Construction Superintendent would be directing onsite construction for projects throughout the United States; responsible for project level field direction on a wide variety of projects from rough grade through project closeout. This would include managing a single ongoing project throughout its life cycle then moving on another project as directed. Must have the capabilities to direct onsite construction, manage trades, scheduling, RFI’s, submittals, materials procurement, personnel, and inspections for successful completion of projects from large scale tenant improvement to complex new facilities buildouts across the United Sates. Average project scope of work will range from $5 to $50 million. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, and/or related industry experience. Strong construction management, verbal and written communication abilities. Must have MS Office suite and Project experience. OSHA 10 HR. and First Aid Certification. Please note this position does require temporary relocation to project work sites as needed across the United States. This is a traveling superintendent role. | ||
