The ideal individual would have 2+ years of experience working as a Project Administrator / Coordinator administrating multiple ongoing residential and/or commercial development projects; maintaining document controls, assisting in the development and remittance of submittal’s, RFI’s, change orders, scheduling subcontractors, invoicing and closing outs project up to $50 Million.
The Project Administrator will work directly with the project management team and be responsible for coordinating ongoing activities on multiple, simultaneous high end, single family homes, luxury multi-family and commercial office development projects in the marketplace. Must have a strong understanding of the construction process and be able to communicate effectively with developers, general contractors and property owners are required.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management and/or a history of successful experience working within the construction industry as a project coordinator, realtor and/or project engineer.
