Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com) is seeking a Project Manager / Construction Manager to oversee the development of Multi-family, Affordable Housing and Senior Living communities throughout the Sacramento and Northern California Region.
The ideal individual would have 7+ years of construction management experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to the construction / project management of multi-family, affordable housing and/or senior living facilities. Experienced in assessing potential community new construction and development requirements, developing scopes of work, estimates, budgets, change orders, schedules, vendor relationships and project deliverables is required.
Responsibilities will include project level direction for the communities. Assessing construction feasibility, reviewing design, identification of construction requirements, estimating and management of all new construction activities, vendor / contract management, long term improvement schedules, and SOP’s. Projects will include new community construction, as well as, renovation of existing facilities.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline. Strong construction management, verbal and written communication abilities, as well as, the abilities to manage multiple large scale development projects at one time. Must have MS Office Suite and Project experience.
